We are a multidisciplinary studio creating architectural and custom designs. We are seeking a person with Glazing and/or Stained Glass experience to join our team in support of the production of both ongoing designs and new creations. Metal Finisher - Patina: Full Time

Responsiblities


Work closely with and under the direction of Metal Finishing/Patina leadership in production of client orders for furniture and lighting as scheduled. Perform surface pre-treatment, conditioning and cleaning as required (chemically, mechanically) to prepare for patina application on steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze and other metals. Utilize abrasives for surface preparation/patina application as required, including steel wool, Scotch-Brite pads and sandpaper. Achieve company standards for surface finish and appearance. Seal and protect finished surfaces with lacquer application(s). Monitor incoming metal surface quality. QC review for standard quality elements. Communicate issues to leadership. Monitor quality throughout all metal finishing/patination processing steps and report issues to leadership as they arise. Share ideas for improvement, collaborate with metal post-finishing team.
